Canvass update

14 pledges in ($13,660)

3/23 minutes approved as amended.

4/24 forum

4/24 is canceled (ß we are not ready.)

Instead we will set an opportunity to talk about “AM vs PM” and such at an extra forum on 5/2 (after service) or 5/11 (in place of board meeting), or as a part of 5/16 forum.  Long Range Planning committee will choose one of these options.

Garage sale

6/26-27 are the East Moreland dates, but the Achurrs, who hosted it last year, will be out of town.  We might want to consider Larurelhurst.

Nominating for Board

Discussed the progress of Nominating comm.

Re: spending worship budget for summer services

Services after 7/1 belong to next church year and will be discussed on 5/16. Any leftover will be pooled together as a part of general budget for next year.

Restricted funds

Will be discussed in next meeting.

Old board will meet new board on 6/8.
