Survey first or forum first?
Anne “what outcome is expected?” à Facility, meeting time, …
Broader uncertainty than last year.
Last year survey didn’t produce a vision back to congregation.
Jeanne P.’s observation “things settled. Time for board to be directive, provide strong leadership.”
We don’t have to leave in June (Sept is an option).
PM/AM, move/not move, folding/not folding --- we should demonstrate our sense of awareness.
Bruce “prefer survey first.”
Board decided on doing forum on 1/11, 5:30-7.
May be we should play characters who support different options.
Anne “Board is the leader and Long Range Planning comt. facilitates.”
Average rent is $200-400 (according to PNWD)
