Canvass update

3 pledges in.

Jessica will contact Charlie Brown (juggler).

　　We will watch a few weeks to see if we need to start calling people.

April Newsletter doesn’t have 4/4 forum and Sharing supper date is wrong (4/24 à 5/1).

　　Jessica will take care of this. Mikio will help.

Long Range Planning

Jessica’s talk with Mary H. today about space at Trinity (as a back up, we may have an option of using memorial room for service and basement youth room for office).

For 4/4 forum, we will test the idea of not having minister next year.  We will also test the idea of giving notice to Trinity.  Jessica “we should get the sense of people about vision statement on 4/4.”

Motion “to approve paying Sue if she agrees to receive it.” 

Unanimously agreed.  Mikio will talk to Sue about it.

Nominating update

Many have been contacted.  One showed interest.
