Welcoming congregations

Jessica will follow up with Frosti (Sue is absent until 3/17).

4/4 forum (after Waverly congregation gathering on 3/28)

We will share the outcome.

Consensus process

Jon B. gave presentation at 3/3 Long Range Planning meeting.

Notice to Trinity

Jessica will write a letter to Trinity to inform them:

  Probably we won’t be able to continue renting Trinity,

  We will inform our decision on 4/5, and

  For summer use we will negotiate with them.

Canvass letter

  Jessica will prepare the letter and Anne will prepare the packet for canvassing (Sat.)

  Projection:  pledge  36000-42000  rent  5000-6000
