All present, and Cecilia.
A chalice was lit, and we checked in.Mousse.
New Members!
We have a lot of new members.Yippee!
Since the last annual meeting, Carl, Laura, Cindy, Lynne, and Brad.Since our last new member worship, we have added [10] members!
We're back [above] 50!People will wonder "Is it still my church", as structures and patterns shift.
We approved past minutes
Budget
We meet before the bank statement arrives. This month, something in our boxes.
We need more monthly giving nominations. We need charities for November and December.
Waverly finally billed us for photocopying, at a generous 5 cents a copy, which is higher than we can pay elsewhere.(We own our own little copier, but it's not able to handle what we need.)
We will ask all who make copies to shift in the short term to the UPS store account immediately. In the long term, we probably want to control who can use that account.
We discussed how to pay Waverly. It was scattered across the different committees, and this will show it more clearly.
Committees
Religious Education rocks.Lots of new, awesome stuff is happening.
Search has activated.Membership is about to rise anew.
Worship noticed that the fire extinguishers in Waverly need recertification.
We voted to choose Paul Henerlau as our representative to the Committee on Ministry.
Newsletter
Willow is stepping down from newsletter. We thank her for her service.
Rich Hines and Abby Weisenbloom will carry forward.(Membership will also need to update our membership list with the national UUA in February.)
Minister's Report
Cecilia told us about stuff that's happening. In the not so long term, we may have to find a new building.
Martinez Letter
Betsy and Raul sent us a letter of concerns. It is very valuable to know what others are thinking.
